Description
Inghams Frozen Southern Style Chicken Tenders come in a 400g pack, with chicken at 41%. The coating includes wheat and rice flour, soy protein and yeast. It contains barley, gluten, soy and wheat and may contain egg and milk. Cook from frozen without thawing first. Bake at 200°C for about 18-20 minutes in a fan forced oven, turning once, and cook fully before eating.

Directions
This is a raw product. Must be cooked prior to consumption. Do not thaw before cooking. If product becomes thawed use within 48hrs of thawing. Please ensure chicken is fully cooked before eating.
Remove contents from pack. Cook from frozen. FOR BEST RESULTS – OVEN BAKE. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly. Not suitable for microwave cooking
Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Chicken Tenders on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning once.
Fan Forced Oven - Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Chicken Tenders on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 18 - 20 minutes, turning once.
