Keep frozen. Store at or below -18 degree Celsius. Do not refreeze once thawed as re-freezing will affect product quality and texture.
Directions
DEFROSTING INSTRUCTIONS:
(A) Restaurant Use - Quick Defrosting: Defrost a bag of frozen Hanabi Bay Scallops and soak under running water. When scallops are partially thawed, use immediately for cooking. Alternatively, you may thaw a bag of frozen Hanabi Bay Scallops in the refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Consume within 2 days of thawing. Store in air-tight container after opening.
(B) Home Use - You may defrost a small quantity of frozen Hanabi Bay Scallops from the bag and leave to thaw either in the refrigerator or put in a plastic bag, secure properly and soak under running water.
