Directions
COOKING METHODS: Can be used directly from frozen or defrost by thawing in the refrigerator overnight. For quick defrosting, microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
(1) Boiling: Boil the frozen Hanabi Lotus Slices with your favourite meats and/or vegetables (such as carrots, corn, radish).
(2) Stir Frying: Stir-fry the frozen Hanabi Lotus Slices with vegetables and/or meats and serve with rice.
(3) Deep-frying: Coat the frozen Hanabi Lotus Slices with a prepared batter mix and deep-fry until golden brown. Serve as a snack.
