Odlums Farmhouse Quick Bread Mix comes in a 450g pack with wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour, oatflakes, whey powder (milk) and raising agents. Gluten is declared. May contain traces of egg and soy. Check the pack for allergens. Store in a cool, dry place, and keep in an airtight container once opened.

Directions
You Will Need:450g Odlums Irish farmhouse brown bread mix350ml water1 tsp oil900g/2lb loaf tinMethod:1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.2. Grease the loaf tin.3. Add dry mix to a mixing bowl. Pour in 350ml water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix thoroughly with a spoon to form a dough.4. Transfer the dough into the tin. Spread evenly, smoothing the surface with the back of the spoon.5. Make a cut 2cm/3/4' deep lengthwise along the centre of the dough.6. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.7. Turn out onto a wire tray. Cool completely before slicing.Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturers guidelines.
