Suitable for: porridge, stewed chicken soup, stir-fried rice noodles and steamed egg etc.
Ginseng Chicken Soup (For 3-4 persons):
1. Rinse one whole chicken and Chinese herbs soup pack, drain and set aside.
2. Place the chicken, Chinese herbs and one can clear chicken broth and 1L water into a pot, cover the lid and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat, simmer for 80 minutes and turn off the heat. Simmer for another 10 minutes to serve.
