(A) Satay Barbecue Sticks (Serves 4): Mix 3 tbsp Yeo's Satay Sauce, 1 tbsp Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, 1 garlic clove (crushed) in a bowl and marinate 400g thinly sliced beef fillet for 1 hour. Skewer the beef slices and grill until cooked. Warm remaining Yeo's Satay Sauce and serve as dip with cucumber and onions.
(B) Satay Rice Vermicelli (serve individually) 1. Boil 300ml water and cook 50g rice vermicelli, 50g chicken and 50g broccoli. Drain well and dish out onto a plate. 2. Heat up 1/2 jar of Yeo's Satay Sauce (140g) and 60g water (1/4 jar). Ladle hot satay gravy over rice vermicelli before serving.
