Directions
Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings):
1. Stir-fry desirably chopped 450g beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp), 350g onions, 100g carrots and 150g potatoes with 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
2. Add 540ml water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3. Turn the heat off, break 1 box S&B GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
