Directions
Yumbah Tasmanian Pacific Oysters are delicious raw or cooked. To defrost, simply place your oyster trays in a single layer in the fridge for 24 hours. Recommended temperature for defrosting is 5 degrees Celsius. If defrosting at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, allow extra time to ensure the product is fully defrosted. Do not defrost at room temperature of thaw in water. Once defrosted, store between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius and use within 48 hours. Not suitable for re-freezing.
