Thai Massaman Curry Our Massaman curry is a deeply flavourful blend of Indian spices, Thai aromatics and coconut milk. It was traditionally made with beef and potatoes and finished with crushed peanuts, but it is a delicious and moreish curry with almost any ingredient.
