Patagonian Coho Salmon is similar to wild Sockeye Salmon with an intense and unique red colour. Coho Salmon has a milder flavour compared to other Salmon species.

This means that you can eat Patagonian Coho Salmon raw. It is processed in a bio-secure and isolated room, which maintains an ideal temperature for processing. Finally, it is frozen within 8 hours after capture, which allows for excellent quality and safety.

FRESHNESS

Patagonian Coho Salmon is processed within 8 hours of harvest, providing for the highest standard in biosecurity. Fresh Salmon from overseas, sometimes is reprocessed more than 48 hours after leaving the plant, increasing exposure to biological risks and deteriorating its quality.

SUSTAINABLE

Our Coho Salmon Portions are sustainably sourced from the renowned Patagonian region of Chile at the southern end of South America. Grown in half the time of other Salmon species, this results in much less environmental impact. Patagonian Coho Salmon is transported by sea, with a carbon blueprint 83% less than that of fresh Salmon transported by air.
