Biostime Sn-2 Bio Plus HPO follow-on formula for ages 6-12 months, an 800g tin. Made from milk solids (lactose, skim milk, whey protein) and vegetable oils, with ARA, 2'-FL and DHA added. Declared to contain fish, milk and soy. Do not use if the scoop or powder seal is damaged. Store in a cool, dry place and use within four weeks of opening. Make each bottle fresh.

Do not use if scoop or powder security seals are damaged or missing. Store in a cool dry place and keep container airtight after opening. After opening, use contents within four weeks. Fill is by weight, not volume. Some settling of the product may occur. Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS HPO Follow-On Formula provides comprehensive nutrition to support the needs of growing babies from 6 to 12 months who are not being breastfed or mixed feeding. This formula is suitable to constitute the principle liquid source of nourishment in progressively diversified diet for infants from the age of 6 months. This formulation has been scientifically developed to provide nutrition for growing babies, with a naturally smooth and milky taste.

Directions

Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after preparation. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refridgerated and used within 24 hours. Step One Wash hands before preparing the feed. Sterilise all utensils by boiling in water or using an approved steriliser. Step Two Boil drinking water and allow to cool until lukewarm. Measure the required amount of lukewarm water into a sterilised feeding bottle. Step Three Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting powder. Step Four Add one level scoop of powder for each 30 mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder. Step Five Test temperature on wrist and feed immediately. Discard unfinished feeds. Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after preparation.
