Directions
1. Heat 1 tbsp Canola Oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add 250 g diced chicken breast and cook until browned. 2. Add 1 diced carrot (100 g) and 3 finely sliced spring onions (75 g), cook for 2 minutes or until soft. 3. Squeeze Ben's Original Indonesian Style Nasi Goreng Rice Pouch to separate rice, then add it to the pan along with 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis), and stir to combine. Allow to cook for 3 minutes, or until rice is heated through. Dish rice into serving bowls and wipe down pan with paper towel. 4. Return the frypan to medium heat, crack 2 eggs individually into the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Serve on top of rice.
