Arnott's Gluten Free Shortbread Creams come in a 144g pack. The biscuits use a flour blend of maize starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, sorghum flour and soy flour, with butter, condensed milk, eggs and vegetable fibre. Egg, milk and soy are declared, and the biscuits are gluten free. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight, lightproof container.
