How Woolworths price tracking works

Are Woolworths Prices Dropped promotions genuine?
A Prices Dropped ticket is only a saving if the previous price was genuinely charged beforehand. In ACCC v Coles (May 2026), the Federal Court held that a promotional discount is genuine only if the pre-promotion price was offered for a reasonable period. ShopHop flags promotions where observed history does not support the claimed was price. These indicators are informational and do not constitute legal findings.
