Wonder's gluten free wholemeal loaf is 500g, made with wholemeal rice flour (14%), modified tapioca starch and psyllium flour. Egg and soy are declared, and sesame may be present. Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and eat within 3 days once opened.
