Gluten free wholegrain sliced bread in a 550g loaf, made with modified tapioca starches, rice flour, wholemeal millet, buckwheat, teff and quinoa flours, egg white powder and soy flour. Contains egg and soy. The label states it is free from gluten and milk. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and eat within 3 days once opened.
