Eight rye wraps in a 200g pack from Mountain Bread, made from rye wholemeal flour (70%) with wheat flour and filtered water. Gluten, rye and wheat are declared, and barley and oats may be present. The pack is labelled free from egg and milk. Once opened, eat within 5 days at room temperature, or refrigerate at 4 degrees for 15 days. Can be frozen for up to 12 months.
