This 127g Kan Yen Jan Pork Sausage is made from pork and pork fat (86% minimum) with sugar, soy sauce, salt, grain alcohol, sodium nitrite and sodium erythorbate, in a beef collagen casing. Contains gluten, soy and wheat. It is heat-treated and shelf-stable, so store it in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening.
