Description
Steggles frozen crumbed chicken breast nuggets come in a 400g pack, with chicken breast (41%) inside a crumb coating (37%). They contain gluten, soy, sulphites and wheat, and may contain egg and milk. Keep frozen at or below -18C. Cook from frozen without thawing, and cook them fully before eating.

Directions
Do not thaw, always cook from frozen. This product is raw, and must be fully cooked before consuming. Serve Nuggets with our Home Made Tomato sauce Ingredients 2 Tsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 Tbsp tomato paste 400g ripe tomatoes, chopped 2 Tsp sugar Salt and pepper to season Method 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat Add onions and cook, stirring until softened. Stir through garlic and cook for a further minute. 2. Lower heat to medium and stir through the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, stir well and cook for 5-8 minutes until tomatoes are softened, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat, stir in sugar. Set aside to cool. When tomato mixture has cooled, use a stick mixer to blend the sauce to desired texture. Blend more for a smoother sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
