Gelatine, rice flour, tapioca and chicory root fibres, citric and malic acids, apple, carrot and hibiscus colour concentrates, carnauba wax and a steviol glycoside sweetener make up the gummies. Store in a cool, dry place. The label gives 14.1 g of dietary fibre in each 100 g.
