The cheese is made with pasteurised cow's milk, salt, cultures, mineral salt 509 and non-animal rennet, with honey at 8.9% and salt at a minimum of 1%. Contains milk. Keep refrigerated at 1-4°C. Once opened, keep it in the original packaging in the fridge and use within 7 days.
