Keep refrigerated at 1C - 5C. Consume within 3 days of opening.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Slice into 1cm thick pieces. Pan fry or BBQ over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden on both sides. Recommendation: Rinse under running water to remove excess brine. Delicious baked, fried or grilled, Lemnos Haloumi Cyprus Style is the perfect addition to a summer salad, breakfast omelette, or simply served with lemon juice as a crowd pleasing canape.
