This own-brand shredded parmesan is a 250g pack of parmesan made from pasteurised milk, starter culture, salt and vegetarian enzymes, with anticaking agent 460 added. Milk is declared. The cheese can be frozen. Once opened, keep it refrigerated at or below 5°C and use within 7 days.
