Riverina Haloumi comes in a 180g pack, made from pasteurised cow's milk, salt and non-animal rennet. It contains milk. Keep stored below 5C and consume within 3 days of opening. To cook, slice into 1cm pieces and grill, pan fry or barbecue on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.

Directions
Slice into 1cm pieces. Grill, pan fry or barbeque on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side. Haloumi salty flavour and unique texture is delicious when barbequed. Enjoy on its own or added to salads. Place on skewers with vegetables and/or meat and cook with a squeeze of lemon. Larger slices are great fried and added to burgers or haloumi can be used in baking as a grated cheese on potatoes or pizzas. Larger cut slices are great on burgers as an additive or to replace meat.
