Ingredients
Filtered water, Australian ground almonds (3%), cane sugar, corn maltodextrin, vegetable oils (sunflower, canola), acidity regulator (potassium phosphate), mineral (calcium), emulsifier (322), salt, vegetable gums (410, 418), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), vitamins (B12, B2, B1).

Refrigerate after opening. Use within 5 days.
Directions
How Baristas do it 1. Keep refrigerated and shake well before use. 2. Slowly submerge steam wand to just below the surface of the So Good Barista Almond Milk while heating to 40C. 3. Tilt the jug while lowering the steam wand slightly and continue the whirlpool motion until the Barista Almond Milk reaches 60C. 4. Give the jug one firm tap on the counter to disperse any bubbles. 5. Swirl the Barista Almond Milk around the jug to polish the milk. 6. When pouring, do it slowly to ensure you get a silky smooth texture. This will help ensure that it combines well with the coffee. 7. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Avoid overheating as this will change the flavour and consistency of your Barista Almond Milk.
