Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Mushroom Sauce comes in a 500mL pack. Soy sauce (60%), made from water, salt, soybeans and wheat flour, forms the base, with sugar, colours 150a and 150c, and a stabiliser. Gluten, soy and wheat are declared. After each use, close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated.
