Directions
1. Preheat oven to 170C fan forced. Grease and line a 30mm x 20mm, 4.5cm deep tray.
2. sauté bacon over medium heat until cooked.
3. Beat eggs in a large bowl until combined. Add the Seasoned Flour sachet and whisk until smooth.
4. Add the vegetables, cheese, bacon and oil and stir to combine. Spread mixture into the prepared tray.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes and serve.
