Beef extract (23%) is the main ingredient, with yeast extract, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein and thickeners. Contains gluten and wheat. The yeast extract is grown on barley, so check the pack for allergens. Each serve has 512 mg of sodium. Store in a cool, dry place.
