Our Shawarma Marinade is a smokey blend of slow-cooked onions, sweet tomatoes, cloves and cumin. Add a spoonful wherever you need a warming spice. Ideal for meats, but also as a quick coating for roasted vegetables. Steer away from leafy greens; opt for robust choices like butternut squash or celeriac.
