Green's Storage Hints
To freeze cake: Allow cake to cool completely.
Wrap un-iced cake in cling wrap and placed in
an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month.
To thaw: Remove cling wrap and set cake aside to
thaw completely prior to icing and serving.
