This own-brand Fresh Cream & Caramel is a single cake with cream at 42% made from cream and beef gelatine, a sponge of wheat flour, sugar and egg, a caramel filling at 18%, and a crumb of wheat flour, sugar and glucose syrup. It contains egg, gluten, milk, soy and wheat. May contain traces of lupin, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and sulphites. Check the pack for allergens.
