Habaneros are an extra hot, strawberry-shaped chilli that is a South American favourite. They are a great chilli for heat lovers and can be used in any recipe that calls for chillies, to add more heat. Habeneros are popularly used to add heat to salsas, salad dressings, marinades, hot sauces, chilli jams, and more. How to Store: Best stored in the refrigerator. Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag. Where They're Grown: Chillies are grown in the tropical and subtropical climates of Australia. The majority of our chillies are grown in Bundaberg in QLD, which has the ideal climate for growing chillies. Availability: All year round.
