Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil is made with Australian grown basil that is roughly chopped and lightly dried (just enough) for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks once opened*. Our sweet basil is grown on broad-acre farms across Australia, where the optimal climate and rich soil delivers the perfect conditions for flavoursome, aromatic herbs. Lightly dried basil refreshes in cooking, unlocking intense flavours.

Basil is best added at the end of cooking and pairs well with beef, chicken, eggs, green leafy salads, olive oil, pasta, tomatoes and zucchini. Sprinkle sparingly and season to taste.
