Bhuja Ancient Grains Mix comes in a 140g pack with rice, yellow pea, chia seeds at 3% and quinoa seeds at 1%. Hi-oleic sunflower or canola oil, bamboo fibre, sesame seeds, tapioca and spices (chilli, garlic, paprika, turmeric and cumin) make up the rest. Sesame is declared, and peanuts, soy, almond, cashew and macadamia may be present.
