Our 100% Aussie grown and milled flour is a special, superior quality, high protein flour. This results in a pastry that’s smoother, more workable, and versatile so you can trust in the best outcome every time.
We work hard to ensure our pastry is as close to home-made as possible, creating light and flaky layers that just melt in your mouth. We actively avoid any nasties so you can be confident our products are better for you. Our pastry has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. it also has no trans fat.
