Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, Borg’s was born in 1960 from a love of cooking and family. It began with traditional pastry snacks, shared and loved by family and friends. Soon, it wasn’t just the delicious pastry snacks, but also the flaky homestyle pastry that gained popularity. Borg’s is proud and humbled to have been a part of Aussie meals for over 60 years!

Our 100% Aussie grown and milled flour is a special, superior quality, high protein flour. This results in a pastry that’s smoother, more workable, and versatile so you can trust in the best outcome every time.

We work hard to ensure our pastry is as close to home-made as possible using a special shortcrust blend for a delicious melt-in-mouth texture. We actively avoid any nasties so you can be confident our products are better for you. Our pastry has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. it also has no trans fat.
