Directions
Soak vermicelli in water 5-7 minutes or until soft before cooking.
(1) For Soup Menu: Cook in boiling soup for 3-4 minutes.
(2) For Stir-Fry Menu: Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
(3) For Salad Menu: Blanching in boiling water for 3-4 minutes then cool down using tap water.
