Description

Musashi High Protein Powder Vanilla comes in a 375g pack, with a blend (93%) of whey protein concentrate, whole milk powder, pea protein isolate and whey protein isolate. It contains milk and soy. Add 45g, or 1 and a half levelled scoops, to 300mL of skim milk or water, and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately. Store below 30C in a cool, dry place.

Directions

HOW - Add 45g (1 & 1/2 levelled scoops) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately. WHEN- PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training. SERVINGS - Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
