way. Organic cabbage is slowly
fermented in its own juice with a bit
of salt without the addition of starter
cultures. It’s heat-stabilised yet retains
1-1.5% lactic acid. Mildly tangy, this
low-carb food is a zingy addition to
nearly any meal or snack.
