Cooked basmati rice, cooked lentils (14%), diced tomato, chickpeas (6%), coconut milk (6%), onion, carrot, ginger and spices make up the dahl. Contains soy. May contain crustacean, egg, fish, milk, peanuts, gluten, lupin, almond, cashew, mollusc and wheat. Keep refrigerated at 1-5 C, and use on the day of opening.
