Directions
1. Cook "On The Menu" pumpkin and fetta ravioli as per cooking instructions.
2. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain.
3. In a pan, melt 20 g butter over low heat and sauté pumpkin until soft. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, melt remaining butter over medium heat.
5. Add sage leaves and swirl the pan until butter foams and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma (about 3–4 minutes).
6. Add reserved pasta water, cooked pumpkin and cooked ravioli to the pan. Toss gently to coat and season with salt and pepper.
7. Toss gently to coat and season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve topped with shaved parmesan.
