Description
Fresh Veal Tortellini from On The Menu comes in a 600g pack. The pasta is made with Australian flour (52%) and water, filled with cooked veal, cheddar and seasonings such as nutmeg and black pepper. Keep refrigerated at or below 4C and consume within 3 days of opening. Suitable for freezing. Contains egg, gluten, milk and wheat. May contain traces of soy. Check the pack for allergens.

Suitable For Freezing
Directions
1. Cook "On The Menu" veal tortellini with cheddar cheese as per cooking instructions.
2. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta cooking water, then drain.
3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add mushrooms and thyme; cook until golden and softened.
5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
6. Spoon in mascarpone, season with salt and pepper, and simmer 2 minutes.
7. Add cooked tortellini, add ½ cup of pasta water and parmesan; toss gently to coat in the sauce. Add more pasta water if needed.
8. Serve hot topped with extra parmesan and cracked.
