CONTENTS 40 Coloured Balloons Garland Tape (approx. 5m) DIRECTIONS FOR USE To protect eyes from damage, the use of a balloon pump is recommended. To aid inflation, gently rub the balloon between hands then stretch. Do not over inflate. 1. Inflate balloon and tie end with a knot to seal. 2. Insert the knot into larger part of garland tape hole. 3. Slide the knot to the smaller part of hole to secure. 4. Repeat with remaining balloons. WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD. CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS CAN CHOKE OR SUFFOCATE ON UNINFLATED OR BROKEN BALLOONS. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED. KEEP UNINFLATED BALLOONS AWAY FROM CHILDREN. DISCARD BROKEN BALLOONS AT ONCE.
