Directions
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 2 tablets dissolved in 200mL of water, not exceeding a maximum daily dose of 10 tablets or as directed by your healthcare professional. Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Avoid mixing Coles Electrolyte solution with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks as these can interfere with the rehydration process. Always dissolve in water. Never place tablets directly in the mouth.
