Directions
HEATMicrowave (800W)Ensure microwave is clean. Evenly distribute gel and lay pack flat.Microwave for up to 45 seconds (reduce time for higher wattage).Once desired temperature is achieved, wrap pack in a cloth and apply to affected area.Allow to cool completely prior to re-heating. Do not overheat.Hot Water:Place pack in hot (max 80°C, not boiling) water for 10 - 15 minutes.Remove, dry and wrap in a cloth to apply to affected area.COLDPlace gel pack in freezer for 30 minutes to 2 hours.Wrap pack in a cloth and apply to affected area.Repeat as required.
