ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:Each 'Day' capsule contains:Echinacea purpurea (equivalent to fresh flowering herb) 2.0g, Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 12mg, Ascorbic acid 300mg, Salix alba (equivalent to dry stem bark) 1.3g, Garlic oil 850mcg, and Glycyrrhiza glabra (equivalent to dry rhizome) 500mg.Each 'Night' capsule contains:Echinacea purpurea (equivalent to fresh flowering herb) 2.0g, Salix alba (equivalent to dry stem bark) 1.0g, Garlic oil 200mcg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (equivalent to dry rhizome) 500mg, and Valeriana officinalis (equivalent to dry root) 2.0g.
