Description
This 350 g frozen Quorn curry combines a butter chicken style sauce made with coconut cream and coconut milk, cooked basmati rice and meat free pieces made from mycoprotein. The pieces contain egg white, so egg is declared. Gluten, milk, sesame, soy and sulphites may be present. Keep at or below -18C and do not refreeze once thawed.

Storage instructions
KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW -18C. ONCE OPENED, CONSUME IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
Directions
MICROWAVE (1100W) HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Remove frozen meal from sleeve and pierce film in several places. 2. Heat on HIGH for 4 minutes and 30 secs or until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. 3. Allow to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove film, stir and serve. CAUTION: CONTENTS AND TRAY WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS. NOTE: Heating instructions are provided as a guide only. Microwave time and temperature may vary depending on model.
