Storage instructions

Directions
MICROWAVE (1100W) HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Remove frozen meal from sleeve and pierce film in several places. 2. Heat on HIGH for 4 minutes and 30 secs or until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. 3. Allow to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove film, stir and serve. CAUTION: CONTENTS AND TRAY WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS. NOTE: Heating instructions are provided as a guide only. Microwave time and temperature may vary depending on model.
