Serve Tenders with our Lime & Coriander Mayonnaise Ingredients 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise 1 tsp lime rind, finely grated 2 tsps lime juice 2 tsps ginger, finely grated 2 tsps coriander, chopped salt and pepper to season Method 1. Combine mayonnaise, lime rind, lime juice, ginger and coriander in a small bowl. 2. Season with salt and pepper.
