Caipirinha cocktail recipe Ingredients 2 heaped teaspoons white sugar (caster sugar) 1/2 lime, cut into quarters 50mL cachaa Ice cubes Garnish: lime wheel Method To a cocktail shaker, add lime quarters and white sugar and muddle thoroughly until the majority of the sugar has dissolved - if you don't have a purpose-built muddler, just use a wooden spoon! Add cachaa and a cup of ice cubes and shake hard, 4-6 times. Pour the mix into a large tumbler and top up with ice - as much or as little as you like. Garnish with a lime wheel.
