This own-brand 200 g bag of peppermints is made from sugar, water and maize cornflour, set with vegetable gum (414) and beef gelatine. Peppermint oil at 0.1% gives the flavour. No allergens are declared, but gluten and wheat are listed as may contain. Store in a cool, dry place.
